The Setup Process

After purchase, you'll receive an onboarding questionnaire asking about your niche, brand preferences, colour choices, and any specific requirements. Our team begins work within 48 hours of receiving your completed questionnaire. The typical setup takes 5–7 business days. You'll receive progress updates and a preview link before we make anything live. Once you approve the setup, we'll make your blog live and schedule your orientation call.

What You Need to Provide

You'll need to have a registered domain name and active web hosting (we can recommend providers if you haven't set these up yet). We'll need your hosting login credentials to install WordPress. You'll also need to complete our onboarding questionnaire with your preferences. Everything else — the technical setup, design, configuration, and optimisation — is handled by our team.
