Download Not Starting
If clicking the download link doesn't start a download, try right-clicking the link and selecting 'Save Link As' to manually choose a download location. Ensure your browser isn't blocking downloads — check for a blocked download notification in your browser bar. Try a different browser if the issue persists. Some corporate networks block file downloads — try from a personal device or network.
PDF Won't Open
If the downloaded PDF won't open, the file may have been corrupted during download. Delete the file and re-download it using your original link. If the issue persists, try opening it with a different PDF reader — download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader from adobe.com. On mobile devices, ensure you have a PDF-capable app installed.
Blank Pages or Missing Content
If you see blank pages or missing images, your PDF reader may be having trouble rendering the file. Update your PDF reader to the latest version, or try opening the file in a different application. Google Chrome's built-in PDF viewer handles our eBook well. If problems persist, contact support with your device and software details and we'll help troubleshoot.
