Card Declined
If your card is declined, first check that you've entered all details correctly (card number, expiry date, CVV, billing address). Ensure your card has sufficient funds and isn't blocked for online transactions. Some banks flag international transactions — contact your bank if the issue persists. You can also try an alternative payment method like PayPal.
Duplicate Charges
If you see a duplicate charge, it may be a temporary authorisation hold that will automatically drop off within 3–5 business days. If the duplicate charge persists beyond 5 business days, contact us with your order details and we'll investigate and refund any duplicate payments immediately.
Missing Confirmation Email
If you don't receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. Search for emails from our domain. If you still can't find it and your payment was processed (check your bank statement), contact us with your full name and email address and we'll locate your order and resend the confirmation.
